Do not use the word "your" when you mean "you are." When you want to say "you are," the proper word is "you're." It's a contraction. "Your" is the possessive form of the word "you," showing something belongs to you; you "possess" it.
RIGHT: "I know you're ticklish!"
WRONG: "I know your ticklish!" (You know my ticklish? Funny, I didn't know I owned one.)
RIGHT: "I'm ignoring your lies about your ticklishness! You're such a ticklish liar!"
Get it? If you're not sure, just substitute "you are" and see if it makes sense.
This has been brought to you by the Pet Peeve Circus, passive-aggressively annoying the world since 1971.
(Sorry. I can tolerate just about any spelling/grammatical error, but this one drives me NUTS.)
